Data Deletion Instructions

People who messaged a business on Facebook, Instagram or another channel

If you wrote to a business that uses Koda Chatbot and want your information deleted:

• Ask the business. Its owner or admin can delete all of your information right away from the “Chats” (Чатууд) section of their dashboard.
• Or write to us at contact@koda.mn with the business’s name, your Facebook or Instagram name, and roughly when you wrote.

Within 30 days we delete your messages, the files you sent, your name, profile picture, comments and contact record, remove your name, phone and address from orders and bookings, and confirm by email. Even without a request, chat history is deleted automatically after 24 months.

Business owners

• Disconnecting a channel under “Channels” in the dashboard deletes that Page’s access token immediately and removes our Meta webhook subscription.
• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Koda Chatbot to revoke our access to your Page.
• To delete your whole account, email contact@koda.mn from your registered address with the subject “Delete account”. Within 30 days we delete all of the business’s data (chats, catalog, orders, files and team accounts) and confirm.
